1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as skincare, cosmetics, undergarments, and personal care products cannot be returned unless defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at arabiamalluae@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return (attach clear photos if applicable).

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Once approved, please ensure the item is securely packaged for pickup or drop-off.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, different size or color), please contact us at arabiamalluae@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used skincare and beauty products

  • Intimate or personal care items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards
